How long can flowers be fresh in the box?
Our boxes will preserve flowers for up to a week and a half if water is poured every two days. Remember, flowers are very sensitive, there are other environmental factors to take into consideration. We are recommend keeping them in a room with AC.
How many roses are in each box?
We offer our clients a large veriety of boxes:
“Round collection”
Mini box (small) – fits 20-23 roses
Demi box (medium)- fits 23-25 roses
Grande box (large) – fits 45-50 roses
“Square collection”
Demi (medium)- fits 25 roses
Grande (large)- fits 49 roses
Velvet Box (XXL) -fits 60 , 80 or 101 roses
“Aquarium” box – fits 23-25 roses
“Heart” box – fits 21-23 roses
Please Note: the amount of roses might vary depending on the size of petals.
What kind of flowers and compositions go with each box?
We offer to our customers two different types of flowers arragment:
1. “Roses bloom collection” comprised of fresh cut roses.
2. “Exclusive collection” that made by our creative desighners and consist 3-5 different types of flowers depending on your prefrences at the checkout.
Every of our boxes can go with one of those two options.

How long before delivery should I make an order?
Feel free to order online 24/7 . Deliveries are processed from 8am-10pm. For same day delivery we suggest you contact us by what`s app or call (507)6895-2835 before 7 pm. Usualy we need 90 minutes after your payment to deliver flowers to your desired desination.
How can I pay?
In our online store www.madamebtf.com you can choose among :
- PayPal
- Bank transfer Simply select “check out” and you will have an option to place your order without payment. You will then receive a confirmation email with bank transfer information.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard and Clave at our store at PH YOO Panama, 7 floor
Can I send a message with my flower box?
Of course you can, your message will be included with your flowers achieving a great impact and unique emotion. Proceed to make your online purchase and you will find a special text box for your message.
Can I do an anonymous order?
Yes, we do take anonymous orders. By the time you are about to fill in your message click on “Anonymous order”.
Please remember to complete your order with your real information and contact numbers (this will not be reported to the addressee or anyone else) remember that for your security all orders are verified.
What information do you need to deliver in Hotels or Hospitals?
Hotels: Don`t forget to write the room number, hotel information, including telephone number. Generally, it will be delivered at the reception.
Hospitals: Don`t forget to write the room number, all the hospital and patient information. In case of maternity, the maiden name.
Whithout this information we cannot assure the delivery.
What is your store working hours?
Monday- Friday: 10am-8pm
Saturday: 11pm-7pm
Sunday: closed. We deliver pre-ordered arrangements only
Deliveries are processed every day from 9am to 8pm
